1. To apply in the prescribed application form.
2. To apply with the prescribed fee and duly completed
required documents.
3. To submit the completed documents with correct details
only to the official at the specified public counter.
4. To avoid touts, agents and middlemen.
5. To report to the higher and competent authority for
remedies, if needed.
6. Not to interrupt the official duties of the staff.
7. To obey the traffic rules: Your life is precious.

b) Depositing of Compounding +Countersignature fee 9.00 AM to

c) Receipt of files 9.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.
d) Compounding 3.30 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.
e) Passing of Vehicles: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 10 A.M.
Onwards. Entry of vehicles from
10.00 A.M to 11.00 A.M at the Passing Ground.

10. For on-the-spot guidance and assistance about the
services you may contact Enquiry counters at the
entrance of the Registering and Licensing Authority & State Transport
Authority offices.

11. For any suggestions/complaints, kindly use the
Suggestion/Complaint Box at the Reception Counter/Enquiry
Counter. These will be followed up and attended promptly. You may
personally contact the Registering &
Licensing Authority in Room No.1 or on Telephone at 0172-2712334 for
any query related to Registering
& Licensing Authority. As regards State Transport Authority, you may
contact Secretary, State Transport
Authority in Room No.1 or on telephone at 0172-2540444 on any working
day during working hours.
